We're searching for a Manager of Revenue Cycle & Data Analytics, someone who's ready to be part of the best-ranked children's hospital in Texas, and among the best in the nation. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing data and analytics for Revenue Cycle while collaborating closely with leadership to drive data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for monitoring
Revenue Cycle metrics to ensure targets are met each month, developing proformas for new projects that require Non personnel expense (NPE), and supporting financial monitoring for revenue enhancing projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Manages the Revenue Cycle Data/Analytics Program and the Revenue Cycle Liaison (RCL) Program.
• Responsible for data governance and quality audits.
• Supports month-end deliverables and ad hoc reporting.
• Serves as the dashboard data steward for all Revenue Cycle dashboard applications.
• Monitors and maintains all Revenue Cycle dashboards, including Qlik applications, Epic Radar dashboards, and Epic Financial Pulse dashboards.
• Collaborates with IS and EDW teams to create new dashboards.
• Creates payor contract models in partnership with the Managed Care Contracting team for payor contract negotiations, underpayment analyses, and more.
• For prospective suppliers, create proforma analyses on projected expenses.
• For current vendors, monitors monthly vendor expenses for each Revenue Cycle department.

Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
