The Retail Execution team plays a key role in the design and execution of the retail channel's short- and long-term objectives. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to drive key wireless and wireline initiatives, business transformation programs, and the ongoing evolution of our retail systems. This role will be responsible for leading complex projects, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, and overseeing the support and enhancement of critical retail platforms. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication, analytical, presentation, and critical-thinking skills. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformational initiatives, influence senior executives, and deliver measurable business outcomes through project leadership, system improvement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.

Critical Qualifications

  • Business degree with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.A strong aptitude for leveraging technology, AI, and automation not just for innovation, but as practical tools to simplify processes, reduce operational costs, and drive measurable sales outcomes
  • Experience leading business process automation or digital transformation projects, particularly within a sales operations or channel communication context
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail sales analysis, with a proven ability to translate complex sales data and performance metrics into strategic recommendations for an executive audience.
  • Experience leading business process automation or digital transformation projects, particularly within a sales operations or channel communication context
  • Experience balancing diverse stakeholder perspectives and driving alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
