This is an opportunity to join a high-impact marketing team focused on advancing key business priorities across North America Insurance.
We are seeking a collaborative and execution-oriented marketing professional to support retail marketing across North America Insurance. Reporting to the Director, Retail Marketing, this role will partner closely with marketing leadership and business stakeholders to execute integrated marketing programs that strengthen broker and client engagement, support business priorities, and elevate market visibility across the retail business.
This role supports a broad portfolio spanning Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, M&A, and other core retail business lines. The position plays a key role in driving campaigns, events, communications, and thought leadership programs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Success in this role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute integrated marketing programs aligned to retail business priorities across multiple products and business lines
Partner with product, distribution, communications, and business stakeholders to coordinate marketing programs
Support broker and client engagement programs including events, campaigns, and thought leadership
Manage marketing calendars and project workflows to improve coordination and visibility across the team
Develop a strong understanding of the retail business, product, broker relationships, client needs, and market dynamics to effectively support marketing initiatives
Collaborate closely with the broader North America Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment across marketing activities
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Remain current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to marketing and communications
Job Requirements:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, events, communications, and thought leadership initiatives
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced matrixed organization
Education:
For positions based in NYC, the base salary range is $110,000 - $120,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
