Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Resource Management Technology to join our Talent & Culture Technology and Data organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of the Resource Management (RM) technology roadmap and governance processes in close collaboration with RM operations, Pricing, Talent & Culture, Digital Nexus, and other key stakeholders
  • Serve as business owner for Certinia and related RM solutions, aligning technology capabilities with staffing, workforce planning, and business needs
  • Manage technology initiatives from concept through deployment and support, including requirements, prioritization, testing, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and drive delivery of system enhancements, integrations, automation, reporting, and data-quality improvements; manage release planning, upgrades, user acceptance testing, hypercare, defect triage, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications to maintain operational continuity
  • Partner with RM and functional teams to establish operating procedures, governance frameworks, business processes, and technology standards for RM; partner with leadership to define key performance indicators, operational metrics, and dashboards that support decision-making and workforce planning
  • Oversee system security, user access, data governance, integrations, and compliance with firm policies and standards; identify operational pain points and recommend process or platform improvements to improve talent deployment, user experience, and operational efficiency
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum four years of recent experience in resource management, workforce planning, process improvement, product management, technology implementation, business operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; minimum six years of equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience with enterprise technology, business transformation, or resource management initiatives, preferably in professional services; prior experience with resource management, staffing, professional services automation, talent management, or reporting platforms; Certinia, ProFinda, Workday HCM, PowerBI, and SalesForce experience is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into practical and technical solutions, define business priorities, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong knowledge of governance, process design, change management, stakeholder engagement, and business operations; demonstrated ability to influence leaders and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including using data to support recommendations; knowledge of professional services staffing, workforce planning, talent deployment, or RM operations preferred
