Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

This role sits within the Strategy & Transformation organization, a global function providing strategic and operational support to Global Supply Chain & Operations. The Manager, Reporting & Analytics is business process owner, responsible for leading the development ofexecutive‑levelanalytics, insights, and reporting that enable data‑drivendecision‑makingacross supply chain strategy, competitive insights, and operational performance.

This is ahigh‑impactrole that partners closely with global senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, improve visibility to performance, and support strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, resilience, and service across the end‑to‑endsupply chain.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global supply chain reporting and analytics frameworks to support strategic and operational decision‑making. 

  • Translate business and transformation priorities into clear analytics requirements and performance metrics aligned to Global Supply Chain objectives. 

  • Partner with digital and/or technology organization to automate reporting processes and enhance data compilation and visualization capabilities. 

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across reporting solutions by establishing governance, controls, and best practices. 

  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management support. 

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operations and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership. 

  • Contribute to the roadmap for analytics enablement, including process improvements, automation, and scalability of reporting capabilities. 

  

Qualifications 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, ora relatedfield.

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, ordata‑drivenroles, with demonstratedimpact in a complex, global organization.

  • Strong experience developingexecutive‑leveldashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to partnercross‑functionallyin a matrixed environment, including strategy, operations, and digital teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in a global or highly regulated environment.

  • Hands‑onexperience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices.

  • Experience supportinglarge‑scalechange, transformation, or continuous improvement programs.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, andproblem‑solvingskills.

  • Proficiencyin English required

  • Travel: Up to ~10–15%, domestic and occasional international.

  • Certifications: Analytics, data, or supply chain certifications preferred but notrequired.

  • Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
