  • Manage facility and capital improvement projects as assigned.
  • Maintain inventory for interior finishes and furniture.
  • Assist in operational problem resolution and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

About the Position Golden State is looking for a proactive and dedicated Manager to lead all aspects of repair and maintenance for assigned Golden State properties including fixtures, finishes, and equipment. In this role, you will ensure that all facilities are maintained and presented in a world-class manner. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering. This is a full-time role based onsite in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee management of repair and maintenance of building equipment, finishes, furniture and signage for assigned Golden State properties with a focus on Chase Center
  • Manage the company-wide use of the Computerized Maintenance & Management System (CMMS) to assist in the continued establishment of key performance benchmarks, work order tracking, and the scheduling of labor to close out work orders in a timely manner
  • Manage and work with necessary vendors, as assigned, to coordinate, schedule, and administer service contracts
  • Monitor outside contractor personnel to ensure that work is performed to job specifications and Chase Center standards
  • Manage facility and capital improvement projects, as assigned
  • Manage inventory and storage of attic stock interior finishes, furniture, and equipment
  • Maintain documentation of all interior finishes, furniture and signage
  • Oversee the on-site painter and coordinate painting activities with necessary parties
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of operational problems, complaints, and emergency repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure a safe working environment for employees by following all Cal OSHA and local safety regulations
  • Assist all internal departments, vendors, and clients, as assigned
  • Ensure all exterior art is properly maintained to artist, studio and museum specifications
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty for games and events, as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Facility Management / Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of facility operations and maintenance experience in a venue or large facility operations role, preferably in an entertainment environment
  • Strong working knowledge of MEPFP systems and construction management
  • Experience managing a union workforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google suite
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently lead and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
Time Commitment
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays as necessary
Compensation
  • $96,000 - 102,000 + Bonus
