Ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies including FAA, FCC, along with any federal and state government agencies.

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
  • Review environmental (NEPA, EA, Phase I) reports and file with FCC accordingly.
  • Review, investigate and note any regulatory discrepancies for all towers.
  • Report towers to FAA and FCC within required time frames and track FAA/FCC status of all sites.
  • Provide support to the Associate General Counsel of Regulatory Compliance
  • Inform field offices of new FAA and FCC regulations as they change.
  • Advise and negotiate with the field offices on problem sites.
  • Participate in and coordinate FCC environmental evaluations.
  • Order SHPO/THPO consultation services for tower leasing.
  • Manage RTP process with NBG.
  • Manage RTP process for tower replacements.
  • Manage FCC FRN accounts.
  • Manage the CRM violations tracker.
  • Daily data entry in the property management database.
  • Daily contact with field personnel, clients, government agencies and environmental consultants.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.


Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and advise compliance specialists.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing team members.
  • Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.
  • Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance.
  • Create a culture that is consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement and that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Lead team members using a performance management and development focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning.
  • Lead team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishments.
