Compensation Pay Range:
$100,828.00 - $151,242.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for human resources and training initiatives for their respective DC Division. This role will oversee team member relations, recruiting, retention, compensation administration, leadership training and special projects. Through partnership with the Regional DC Directors, the Manager will provide regular direction and support to the DC Human Resources Business Partners in all facets of human resources and training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPartner with DC leadership to drive results and improve customer service through strategic plans that align with company culture values.
Influence leadership behaviors and positively impact team member engagement through coaching and effective communication.
Interpret company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws. Consult with Corporate Team Member Relations on complex issues.
Ensure the effective use of company recognition and communication programs. Drive productive DC meetings and Listening Sessions.
Evaluate distribution center staffing activity and trends. Facilitate recruitment and team member retention efforts for multiple DC locations.
Organize and lead critical DC staffing update calls. Partner with DC Managers on the selection and ongoing evaluation and training of Designated Trainers/Mentors.
Oversee DC team member development programs, such as leadership development and performance appraisal programs.
Ensure talent pipeline plans are in place at each DC.
Provide recommendations to corporate Compensation team for wage adjustments.
Develop reporting that delivers data driven actionable insights to DC leadership.
Responsible for the development and leadership of multiple DC HR Business Partners. Provide frequent coaching, training, feedback and support to these roles.
Ensure consistent application and implementation of DC HR programs and initiatives, policies and procedures, and operational objectives by the DC HR Business Partners.
Provide Union Avoidance education and training to DC leadership and team members.
Work with DC Managers on HR strategy, goal setting, and completion of performance evaluations and quarterly SIP ratings for DC HR Business Partners.
Oversee non-routine investigations conducted by DC HR Business Partners.
Establish successful working relationship with all levels of DC Leadership.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCERequired:High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
5+ years of previous HR experience
Flexible schedule with the ability for significant travel (estimated 50% overnight travel)
Extensive knowledge of Human Resources management principles and practices including HR related Local, State and Federal Laws
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills to include HR theory and the application of policy and procedures
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations
Strong problem resolution skills
Desired:4-year degree in Human Resources or another related field
Experience with distribution facilities, processes, and management practices
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish
