Full Job Description
The Manager, Recruitment Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies that position DHL Supply Chain as an employer of choice across all markets. This high impact role drives innovative recruitment marketing campaigns, employer brand initiatives, and candidate engagement strategies that help us attract the right talent aligned with our culture and business objectives.

You'll collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Regional Recruiting teams, Corporate Communications, and external partners to bring our people first story to life - ensuring that every candidate touchpoint reflects the strength, pride, and purpose of DHL.
  • Attract high quality talent through targeted, multi channel recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Strengthen employer brand visibility so prospective candidates see DHL Supply Chain as a top tier workplace.
  • Support recruiters and hiring leaders with consistent, compelling tools and messaging that enhances sourcing success.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all recruitment channels and touchpoints.
  • Design and execute multi channel campaigns (social media, job boards, career sites, events) to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Integrate with the broader DHL Supply Chain content strategy, leveraging social channels for candidate engagement.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment with brand messaging, marketing programs, and campaigns.
  • Track and report on recruitment marketing metrics (traffic, conversions, cost per hire, source performance).
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (creative, media, branding) as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead project management for all recruitment marketing initiatives - from ideation through execution and performance review.
  • Optimize the candidate journey by ensuring brand aligned, engaging, and timely content across all touchpoints.


Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or Marketing or 4+ years' experience in recruitment, marketing or related roles, required
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor negotiation, required
