Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY- Lead and execute clinical optimization strategies across a portfolio of practices to improve adoption, radiologist capacity, efficiency, and satisfaction outcomes.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting that highlight productivity, workflow, and revenue cycle impact areas.
- Identify clinical and revenue optimization opportunities by location, region, and subspecialty trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance analytics infrastructure, reporting tools, and data quality - ensuring reliable performance measurement and visibility.
- Provide data-driven consultation and ad-hoc analytical support to practice leaders, conduct quality assurance on large data sets, and implement process improvements that drive measurable results.

COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
