Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Lead and execute clinical optimization strategies across a portfolio of practices to improve adoption, radiologist capacity, efficiency, and satisfaction outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting that highlight productivity, workflow, and revenue cycle impact areas.
  • Identify clinical and revenue optimization opportunities by location, region, and subspecialty trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance analytics infrastructure, reporting tools, and data quality - ensuring reliable performance measurement and visibility.
  • Provide data-driven consultation and ad-hoc analytical support to practice leaders, conduct quality assurance on large data sets, and implement process improvements that drive measurable results.


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Highly energetic self-starter, driven to succeed, persistent, and adept at using metrics to drive performance
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize complex performance data using Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative findings into practical recommendations and operational improvements
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
