Position OverviewThe Quality Manager partners with the Director of Quality Improvement to lead initiatives focused on improving clinical quality, patient safety, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. This leader serves as a trusted advisor to operational teams, helping prioritize improvement efforts, manage complex projects, and support organizational goals.
The Quality Manager also provides leadership and development for a team of quality professionals, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do- Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to advance strategic quality goals and improve outcomes.
- Provide expertise in quality methodologies, project management, regulatory readiness, and performance measurement.
- Prioritize and manage quality, safety, and data-related initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 Quality Improvement Specialists.
- Drive collaboration, change management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll BringRequired:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or a related healthcare field
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, process redesign, project management, or change leadership
- Previous leadership experience strongly desired
