Location: Corporate Office in South Sioux City, NebraskaWhat You'll Do- Lead the Connection Between Strategy, Technology, and Business Results
- Coach and develop a team of Senior Business Analysts and Product Owners.
- Establish priorities and ensure alignment between business goals, product roadmaps, and project initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Drive effective requirements gathering, solution design, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Guide teams through complex business and technology initiatives while removing obstacles and promoting accountability.
- Foster strong relationships across departments and serve as a trusted advisor on business transformation efforts.
- Promote best practices in business analysis, product management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring solutions are well understood, adopted, and delivering intended value.
- Monitor team performance, project outcomes, and key success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience leading complex business, technology, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, product management, and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum and traditional project environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities while driving execution and delivering results.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise business applications, digital transformation, or technology modernization efforts.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), CBAP, or similar certification.
- Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience with Agile PM toolsets such as Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, or tools a plus.
