Director, FinanceWe are seeking an experienced
Director of Finance who enjoys leading a team, partnering across the organization, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role plays a key part in supporting our accounting operations, maintaining strong financial controls, and continuously improving processes while contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
Location: Corporate Office in South Sioux City, Nebraska
What You'll Do- Lead and develop a collaborative accounting and financial reporting team
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements
- Serve as primary liaison for external audits and financial reporting matters
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls (SOX experience preferred)
- Insurance or Property & Casualty experience is a plus
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
