Rather than owning individual initiatives, this team enables them-creating the mechanisms, processes, and frameworks that allow innovation to scale across the organization.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence. You'll be working at the intersection of multiple senior leadership organizations and teams within Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS), navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment where robust processes must remain flexible enough to adapt to changing business needs and customer signals.

• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across multiple senior leadership organizations and teams within WWGS. Build trust and alignment with senior leaders while managing competing priorities and organizational dynamics.
• KPI Ownership & Performance Management: Drive key performance indicators across business functions, including VBI (Velocity Based Instock) for inbound operations, selection quality and buyability metrics, and other critical e-commerce performance measures. Monitor, measure, and continuously improve KPIs through data-driven insights.
• Roadmap Planning & Execution: Partner with initiative owners to develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps that support Grocery on Amazon Core, Grocery Pickup, automation, assortment selection, site merchandising, pricing and promotions, under the roof programs, and inbound supply chain needs.
• Problem Decomposition & Prioritization: Break down complex, ambiguous problems into specific, actionable pieces of work. Help team members prioritize effectively across many competing needs and initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Implement scalable solutions that enhance team productivity and program outcomes.
• Executive Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing. Present skillfully to senior leadership audiences with strong executive presence, translating complex program details into strategic insights.
