Summary:
Leads the strategy, operations and execution of population health analytics, reporting, and program evaluation, with a particular focus on state-directed payment programs and other value-based incentives. Directs the evaluation and operational analytics for complex population health programs, ensuring timely, high-quality insights for both internal leaders and external stakeholders. Collaborates closely with system leadership, state coalitions, and external stakeholders to support program oversight, compliance, performance measurement and continuous improvement. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Public Health, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field and 8 years of progressive development/analytical experience.
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of progressive development/analytical experience.
Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) system, i.e. Epic, Cerner.
Expert knowledge of programming with SQL.
