Compensation:
Pay Range:
$132,707.00 - $182,471.75
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education,experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
MinimumQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, ORMaster's degree in related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, ORPhD in related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Proventrack recordin government contracting requirements and cost control guidelines.
Outstanding analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
Powerful communication style and inspirational leadership approach.
Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, CPA, or other prestigious professional certifications.
Experience with Earned Value Reporting in IPMR or IMPDAR formats.
Successful experience with defense or government contracting.
Expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
Proven success inprevioussupervisory roles.
