Job Description

The Productivity & BMR team leads the evolution of sustainable productivity pipeline, execution, and capability-building through partnerships across the organization. To further the BMR (business margin revolution) mindset and set up for success in 2027 and beyond, we are seeking a Manager, Productivity to enable our productivity strategy and help build our center of excellence in this space.

In this role, you will gain end-to-end exposure to the productivity lifecycle and have the opportunity to grow your capabilities as a productivity leader in a dynamic, creative, fast-paced environment. This role takes a special teammate who leans-in to ambiguity and inspiring others - someone with a continuous improvement mentality who thrives on building something new and partnerships.

How you will contribute

You will:
  • Support productivity governance forum cycles through relevant content creation and meeting management.
  • Leverage AI and analytic tools to streamline project data tracking and single-source-of-truth reporting as well as recognize dependencies and interconnections across productivity workstreams
  • Drive productivity mentality and capability-building through relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams including Commercialization, Business Development, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and more.
  • Create and manage center of excellence productivity assets including a centralized knowledge management space and content/templates.
  • Support BMR activities and initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in productivity, supply chain, project management, or a related function.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed CPG or consumer goods organization preferred

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
