Responsibilities
Stewardship 6 Owner of the stewardship performance for the operating area
-Ensures employees understand the Stewardship programs for the area (Life critical, Environmental, reporting)-Crisis management for the area and the site as necessary-Administration of Process safety requirements (i.e. MOC, bypass approval) and compliance-Develop Team risk recognition and mitigation culture
Quality 6 Quality performance is known, accurate, and within desirable range
-Quality measurements are in place and operational-Quality targets are reviewed and acceptable. Plan is in place to handle unacceptable quality results with solutions to mitigate and resolve
Production/Reliability 6 Deliver to the production plan.
-Remove or mitigate barriers leading to production issues-Ensure resources, raw materials and supplies are available for unit operation-Communicate issues with production plan and provide new forecast as needed-Validate and coordinate S&OP site plan-Quality strategy is in place and known by all personnel
Engagement 6 Drives consistent and proactive improvement performance
-Owner of the Conduct of Operations system in place for flawless daily execution-Reinforce SQRE plans by performing walk-throughs and providing feedback-Lead and act as role model for engagement and proactive behaviors-Responsible for knowledge retention/development of the Daily Execution branch-Sponsors development opportunities for Daily Execution branch members-Foster a teamwork environment that is inclusive of ideas and solutions
Strategy - Translate unit strategy into operating plan, including UTP progression
-Review KPIs and gaps with team. Assigns PPR to resolve gaps and follows up on solutions-Maintain risk registry for daily execution performance and ensure solutions are in place to mitigate or eliminate any concerns-Develop team plan to address emerging needs and/or non-routinely activities-Collaborates with the Asset Leader on emerging issues or reliability strategy to enable flawless daily execution-Coordinates with the Technology Branch to remove technical roadblocks-Communicate with the Unit Leader and/or Site services if additional input or help is needed-Execute UTP and AOP received from Unit Leader-Maintains the pipeline of continuous improvements ideas for the daily execution team

2 + years experience as Manager
