Title: Manager Product Ownership (Multiple Positions Available)
DESCRIPTION:Duties: Maximize value of information technology ("IT") products and the work of the development team by ensuring each product is brought to life in the individual markets within a region. Work closely with the Global Product Manager to ensure that releases are reflective of product strategy and receiver needs, and act as a key information conduit for the development team. Accountable for the prioritization and for the overall tactical value delivery in the product lifecycle. Work with functional leaders with the region to shape their strategies regarding product adoptions. Contribute to the product roadmap and portfolio optimization in the respective region. Determine whether product and supported business capabilities are delivering value for receivers and develop roadmap accordingly. Accountable for adoption of the product and reducing duplication within markets for respective region. 2 days of telework permitted per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as IT specialist, IT consultant, IT product manager, or a related occupation within the manufacturing industry.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following:
- 4 years of experience in stakeholder management;
- 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, IT, and Business;
- 3 years of experience in IT/Technology Strategy focusing on enterprise systems, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and integrations;
- 3 years of experience in Business Analysis to gather and process mapping.
- 3 years of experience in IT Business or Functional Relationship Management;
- 2 years of experience working with Compliance Tools and Systems including Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream;
- 2 years of experience working in Data Privacy and Information Security including data protection and regulatory frameworks;
- 2 years of experience in Agile Methodologies including Agile or Scrum, backlog management, user story definition, and stakeholder alignment;
- 2 years of experience in Legal, Risk and Compliance domain including global and regional LRC regulations such as GDPR, SOX, AML, FCPA, or GRC tools.
Job Location: 1812 N Moore Street, Arlington VA 22209. 2 days of telework permitted per week.
Salary: $185494 - $195494 per year.
