Experience with automotive retail or franchise dealership operations is a big plus. The right candidate is customer-obsessed, learns fast, takes ownership, and is energized by solving complex business problems alongside engineers, designers, and operations leaders.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for your areas of the Parts Management and AI module, with accountability for customer outcomes and business impact in alignment with company goals and the broader Fixed Operations roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow Product Managers by setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and building product judgment and execution skills across the team.
• Lead complex product initiatives spanning multiple Parts product areas, partnering directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers on strategic initiatives and go-live readiness.
• Write BRDs and PRDs and drive features, including AI-native solutions, from concept through launch, including prioritization, execution oversight, and tracking adoption and outcomes post-launch.
• Collaborate with senior product leaders to shape the roadmap and translate customer pain points into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Conduct discovery with dealership users, field teams, and implementation specialists, including on-site dealer visits, to uncover gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Use a data-driven approach to define success metrics, prioritize enhancements, and guide decisions that create measurable business impact.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, QA, Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM to ensure smooth development, testing, and release.
• Support implementation teams and handle customer escalations with responsiveness, clarity, and accountability.
• Build scalable, intuitive experiences that support high-volume parts operations, including multi-warehouse inventory workflows.
• Stay current on trends in wholesale distribution, logistics, and AI to help inform product strategy.

Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, catalog management, order management, or order fulfillment, including experience building AI-native solutions.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product strategy from concept through delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable product plans.
