Manager, Product Management-Emerging Payments
About the Team
This role is for the Payments Intelligence team, within the Emerging Payments line of business at Capital One. The Payments Intelligence team builds at-scale data products (APIs, datasets) using a variety of cloud technologies and ML capabilities to power digital experiences and analytics across Capital One that need customer spend data.
Our data platform enables a diverse range of intents across various organizations, each with their own priorities. Our team powers a variety of marketed features and other internal capabilities.
As a Manager, Product Management, you will lead products within our platform that are responsible for the organization, enhancement and management of spend data, focused on maintaining high resilience, performance, and data quality.
In this role you will:
Leverage strong analytical skills to manage and develop data products while executing a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate across teams to define data-driven strategies, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions on time.
Monitor product performance using key metrics, driving continuous improvement and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
