About the Team
The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle.
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to shape Capital One27s enterprise strategy for unstructured document data. As AI and GenAI transform how we leverage information, this role will lead the shift from passive document management to active, intelligent data products. You will build and implement the framework that makes document data consumable, auditable, and well-governed across the company. By bridging the gap between product strategy, enterprise governance, and AI execution, you will empower downstream teams and models to seamlessly extract value from our document ecosystem.
What you27ll do:
Lead use case discovery across enterprise stakeholders to uncover high-impact needs, evaluate business opportunities, and define the initial MVP for unstructured document data
Define the overarching strategy and roadmap for how unstructured document data is modeled, governed, and productized across the enterprise
Design and deliver robust data products, access frameworks, and integration patterns that enable internal teams and AI applications to easily consume document data
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex business needs into a clear technical roadmap that balances immediate delivery with long-term value
Deeply understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
Define go-to-market strategies for new use cases and capabilities, ensuring proper monitoring, socialization, and alignment are in place

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor27s or Master27s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor27s degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate27s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
