Full Job Description
Job Description

Financial crimes data strategy is not discretionary work - it sits at the intersection of regulatory obligation and enterprise risk. The volume and criticality of data workstreams across CRR and GCIP demand dedicated ownership that the current model cannot sustain. Data discoveries, data standardization, categorization, and derivation are active, high-stakes deliverables with direct implications for regulatory commitments and risk rating accuracy. These efforts are currently absorbed by team members with competing program responsibilities - creating execution risk precisely where the organization can least afford it.
The gap is clear: GIP has no single owner driving data strategy end-to-end. Without one, regulatory milestones are at risk, data quality gaps go unmanaged, and the pace of delivery falls short of what financial crimes leadership and our regulatory obligations require.
What this role delivers: A dedicated, data-fluent Product Manager who consolidates all CRR and GCIP data work into one accountable layer - accelerating delivery, ensuring regulatory alignment, and building the foundation for a mature, enterprise-grade financial crimes data capability.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Product Manager driving the CRR engine modernization effort , including data strategy for the consolidated data layer we are building. You will partner closely with Enterprise teams across LOBs and different teams across Acquisition, Compliance, Financial Crimes - COE, Privacy, Servicing, Marketing, Data Science, Data Governance, Platforms and Technologies to drive the CRR product vision and data strategy and supporting financial crimes.

We're looking for a high-caliber Product Manager who can work in a cross-functional team and deliver on the following goals and objectives:
  • Lead ongoing data strategy work and support to enable better quality data to be leveraged for financial crimes
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the CRR engine in GCIP, from discovery and data design through build, migration, and enterprise rollout, ensuring scalable and compliant delivery.
  • Drive creation of golden data sources for Businesses, ensuring data is complete, standardized and suitable for use across financial crimes platforms in entirety.
  • Lead ongoing management and optimization of product backlogs, collaborate across a wide net of stakeholders across commercial teams globally, Technology, Strategy, Compliance, Business Unit Data Offices (BUDO), etc.
  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders on key product, delivery, and data decisions
  • Translate business requirements into capabilities and features for flawless delivery and execution
  • Manage specific tracks of product /capability/data strategy development efforts from ideation to launch and maintenance
  • Define, measure and report on metrics related to product launch, process efficiency and performance
  • Partnering with use case owners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end product and capability, identifying needs, opportunities and gaps
