What you'll do...
Manager, Product Development
Relocation Required to Bentonville, Ar. This role is onsite 5 days a week.

Role summary:
The Manager, Product Development oversees product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and implement solutions. The manager analyzes data to inform product strategies, and supports sourcing activities to meet timelines and accuracy standards. This position promotes ethical standards and continuous improvement while ensuring products meet customer needs and organizational goals through effective communication and strategic oversight.

What you'll do:
  • Manage product throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
