Position Summary
The Manager, Product Development – Patient Care Programs is a key role on the Patient Care Programs team, bringing deep program knowledge and the agility to manage across program development, execution, and ongoing optimization of pharmacy programs that improve patient access, adherence, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with enterprise teams to drive both program execution and analytics, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and program enhancements from requirements through deployment. The ideal candidate brings a strong managerial presence, ensuring solutions are operationally sound, compliant with regulatory requirements, and clearly understood by stakeholders and the field.
Roles and Responsibilities- Lead the development and enhancement of pharmacy programs from end to end, including requirements, testing, piloting, deployment, and postlaunch validation
- Manage crossfunctional partnerships to align on program requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Drive project management efforts, including meeting agendas, documentation, SOPs, and leadership presentation materials
- Oversee the development and maintenance of program tools, workflows, and communications to ensure consistent field execution
- Translate findings across initiatives and drive leadership discussions through clear recommendations and progress updates
- Manage program analytics and reporting, including analysis of program performance, program adoption and utilization, and operational outcomes
- Leverage data and insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for program owners and leadership
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience using data, reporting tools, and presentation materials to drive program analysis and leadership communication
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop materials and present to multilevel leadership and operational audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience leading crossfunctional initiatives within healthcare, pharmacy, or product development
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with product development processes, including requirements gathering, Agile methods, and User Acceptance Testing
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or experimentation to inform operational or product decisions
- Familiarity with program performance metrics and dashboards, with the ability to conduct hands-on analysis and translate insights into recommendations
- Project management experience
- Working knowledge of retail pharmacy operations or systems (e.g., RxConnect, POS)
Education
Bachelors degree required, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
