The Role

You will support the product team in the expansion of our proprietary and award-winning Fixed Income Trading platform, Fidelity Bond Beacon, used by thousands of financial advisors across the US. As the product owner you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the team's mission and strategy, working with trading desks, compliance, clients and leadership to and prioritize the product feature backlog to deliver best in class execution and user-friendly workflows that support the advisors, traders and brokers in their daily work. You will enable the team to innovate and experiment while balancing the risk and reward of those efforts.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Experience with electronic trading in fixed income investment markets and workflows (treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes).


  • Passion for developing class leading user experiences that make the complex simple.


  • Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts.


  • Experience analyzing data and documenting and describing systems.


  • Highly collaborative and effective communicator.

The Fixed Income Product team in Fidelity Capital Markets develops systems used to trade billions of dollars in retail and advisor driven Fixed Income securities.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-120,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
