Vous êtes un responsable expérimenté du marketing produit, capable de développer les compétences de vos collaborateurs, d'assurer une supervision stratégique et de transformer des opportunités complexes liées aux produits et au marché en actions ciblées. Vous guidez l'équipe dans l'élaboration d'un positionnement clair, d'un message convaincant, de stratégies de commercialisation efficaces et de lancements de produits performants, tout en apportant votre soutien de manière ciblée lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.

Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les équipes Produit, Ingénierie, Adoption, Stratégie et les équipes marketing connexes afin de relier la stratégie produit et marché à une exécution intégrée et à un impact commercial mesurable.

Responsabilités
  • Diriger, encadrer et développer l'équipe de marketing produit et de stratégie couvrant la " Conception éclairée ", le support spécialisé, la " Construction industrialisée " et le développement de nouveaux marchés
  • Maîtriser la stratégie de liaison entre la " Construction industrialisée " et la " Conception éclairée ", en traduisant les objectifs commerciaux en priorités, messages et plans de commercialisation
  • Diriger et guider le responsable marketing produit chargé de la conception éclairée (Informed Design), en veillant à ce que les lancements, les améliorations de produits et les nouvelles solutions d'IA bénéficient d'un positionnement, d'un message et de plans de commercialisation clairs, alignés sur la stratégie globale
  • Superviser le positionnement différencié, le message et le récit (storytelling) des solutions et des flux de travail d'Autodesk en matière de construction industrialisée
  • Trouver l'équilibre entre la supervision au niveau de la direction et l'exécution sélective, en intervenant lorsque cela est nécessaire pour faire avancer la stratégie, le message ou le travail de développement du marché

Qualifications minimales

Position Overview

Join our team as a Manager, Product and Industry Marketing This people leader oversees the product marketing and strategy function within the Industrialized Construction and Informed Design marketing team, leading a small group focused on Informed Design, Industrialized Construction, and new market development. A central focus of the role is owning the strategy that connects Industrialized Construction and Informed Design into a cohesive market narrative, product story, and go-to-market approach.

You are an experienced product marketing leader who develops people, provides strategic oversight, and turns complex product and market opportunities into focused action. You guide the team in building clear positioning, compelling messaging, and effective go-to-market strategies, and effective product launches, while contributing selectively where hands-on support is needed.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Adoption, Strategy, and adjacent marketing teams to connect product and market strategy to integrated execution and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the product marketing and strategy team across Informed Design, specialist support, Industrialized Construction, and new market development
  • Own the connective strategy between Industrialized Construction and Informed Design, translating business objectives into priorities, messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Lead and guide the product marketer focused on Informed Design, ensuring launches, product enhancements, and new AI solutions have clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans aligned to the broader strategy
  • Oversee differentiated positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Autodesk's Industrialized Construction solutions and workflows
  • Balance manager-level oversight with selective execution, stepping in where needed to help advance strategy, messaging, or market-building work
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring audience insight, market context, and product understanding into planning and execution
  • Guide customer and audience insight work, ensuring research translates into actionable marketing strategy
  • Use data to prioritize work, measure impact, and identify opportunities that support adoption, pipeline influence, and growth


Minimum Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, strategy marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles, including people leadership experience
  • Proven ability to coach marketers, create clarity, and drive accountability across a team
  • Deep product marketing expertise across positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, competitive differentiation, launch planning, and sales enablement
  • Strong preference for experience in construction, manufacturing, industrialized construction, and/or construction technology
  • Experience guiding marketers through emerging market opportunities, including audience definition, market entry, and early go-to-market development
  • Track record connecting product strategy, market opportunity, audience insight, and go-to-market execution to business outcomes, including across related product or market areas
