Raytheon Supply Chain is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic and collaborative procurement team. In this role, you will manage procurement activities for multiple programs across the Raytheon portfolio. Your responsibilities will include building strong supplier relationships, overseeing subcontracts, and ensuring a smooth acquisition process from initial requirements to product delivery, support, and payment. You will also focus on supplier performance, relationship management, strategic sourcing, and managing complex business agreements to support various contracts.

What You Will Do:

Prepare and obtain of all manner of solicitations including RFQ, RFP, and RFI activities from prospective subcontractors and employ various techniques to analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability.
Evaluation of Proposal/Quotation activities from prospective subcontractors and employing various techniques to analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability.
Managing Supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones.
Monitoring and reporting cost, schedule and status of suppliers and recommends or implements corrective action as necessary.
Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques.
Review of Statements of Work and In-house estimates.
Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms).
Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity.
Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems.
Engage in significant interaction with Business EXIM, Legal, Sr. Leaders, Gate Reviews, internal and external stakeholders as well as program.
Travel to RTX and supplier facilities as deemed necessary.
Manage escalations and resolution of internal customer and/or supplier issues.
Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role.
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS.
Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, etc.).

Qualifications We Prefer:

Master's degree in supply chain, Business Finance or STEM field.
Experience in the defense industry.
Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.)
Experience analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
Experience with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Understanding of the preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of purchasing agreements as well as terms and conditions
Understanding of purchasing concepts, negotiation tactics/techniques, and material management principles.
Ability to complete compliant EPAD Packages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and manage a high volume of work efficiently.
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal internal customers.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
