Responsibilities

  • Execute sourcing strategies for Food, Beverages & Paper/Packaging and Indirect Categories like Furniture and CAPEX
  • Align Procurement strategies with Business Leaders and Master Franchisees
  • Lead negotiations and RFPs with suppliers
  • Identify market opportunities for optimizing food costs and improving franchisee profitability
  • Coordinate initiatives such as product localization and dual-sourcing
  • Manage and update the regional category spend database for effective use
  • Build procurement awareness and capability within regional and franchise teams
  • Collaborate with the legal team on agreements and escalations
  • Support New Country Market Entries with product supply
  • Monitor Supplier Agreements and key SLAs
  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers into the RBI system

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Execute sourcing strategies in place for Food, Beverages & Paper/Packaging Categories, as well as Indirect Categories, like Furniture and CAPEX
  • Ensure alignment of Procurement strategies and execution plans with the Business Leaders (Mkt/Ops/SQA/GMs) and Master Franchisees
  • Support and lead negotiations and RFPs with appropriate suppliers
  • Identify and execute key market opportunities to optimize food costs and improve franchisee profitability
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives such as localization of products, approval of contingency suppliers, dual-sourcing, and product development support
  • Manage regional category spend database, and ensure it is up to date and used effectively for RFI, RFP, negotiations & constant identification of opportunities
  • Build procurement awareness and capability in regional and franchise teams
  • Work with the legal team on MNDAs, MTCs, etc. and ensure escalations to the business when applicable
  • Provide support for New Country Market Entries to ensure supply and availability of products
  • Ensure Supplier Agreements are in place and monitor key SLAs for suppliers into DCs
  • Provide support in approval and onboarding of new suppliers into the RBI system


Qualifications
