Summary Description:The Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across all indirect spend categories-such as MRO, professional services, IT, facilities, HR services, and operations. This role will lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, negotiate major supplier contracts, and deliver cost savings while improving quality, service, and vendor performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Essential Functions:Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Lead sourcing strategies for select indirect spend categories to optimize cost, quality, risk, and performance.
- Conduct spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and improve supplier value.
- Develop category roadmaps and long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure a competitive supplier landscape.
- Lead contract negotiations, RFx processes, and supplier evaluations.
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships to ensure compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor supplier KPIs and scorecards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, etc.) to understand business needs and define sourcing requirements.
- Serve as the primary Procurement advisor to internal teams on market insights, contract risk, and sourcing best practices.
Cost Optimization & Process Improvement
- Deliver year-over-year cost savings through strategic sourcing and total cost of ownership (TCO) methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and governance procedures.
Risk & Compliance
- Evaluate and mitigate supplier risks, including financial, operational, compliance, and ESG considerations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and procurement records.
- Support audits, contract renewals, and supplier compliance initiatives.
Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Demonstrated contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle) and MS Office/Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must understand "Total Cost of Ownership" concepts.
- Be a proactive problem solver.
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple work assignments.
- Strong sense of urgency.

Education and Experience:- Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or other related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
Travel Requirements:- Based in Tampa with up to 20% travel at times
