What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Procurement Manager - Global Logistics leads the development and execution of procurement strategies to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. This role involves managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and negotiating contracts to optimize category performance. The manager applies financial acumen and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating cross-functionally, this position fosters strong partnerships and delivers innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.

What you'll do:
  • Develop, execute, and improve procurement action plans aligned with business needs and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business solutions.
  • Identify savings opportunities, recommend category strategies, and manage supplier performance through metrics and scorecards.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial and business data to support decision-making and track progress toward financial goals.

This is an onsite job, based in Bentonville, AR.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
