  • Gather business and technical requirements and work with technology partners to design, implement, and enhance tools and systems, including appropriate use of company-provided AI tools.
  • Participate in internal and vendor-led proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new capabilities and support informed decision-making.
  • Support key projects and represent the GPO in enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Manage project plans, priorities, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations across diverse cross-functional groups.
  • Assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of practical, scalable changes.
  • Ensure programs, processes, and system enhancements are documented and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Deliver high-quality service, solicit feedback, and use insights to improve stakeholder experience and program effectiveness.
