About the Position Reporting to the Director of Premium Suite Service, the Golden State organization is seeking a motivated, high-energy Manager to lead relationship management for annual suite clients at Chase Center. In this role, you will leverage elite interpersonal skills to cultivate long-term partnerships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from executive assistants to C-suite leaders of major corporations. To succeed, you must thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments and demonstrate a "white-glove" approach to service. This is a full-time opportunity located in our San Francisco, CA office. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of assigned customers, fostering strong, long-term relationships
  • Contribute to all meetings with prospective and existing clients to ensure overall objectives are understood and long-term business relationships maintained
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion (upsell/cross-sell) and collaborate with the sales team when appropriate.
  • Accountable for the long-term retention and satisfaction of premium suite clients.
  • Administer all formal updates and communications regarding Chase Center events, as well as Golden State Warriors and Valkyries games
  • Maintain detailed client records and consistently update their respective profiles in Salesforce
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Communications, Sports Management or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years in Customer Service, Account Management, Hospitality or similar
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Experience with ticketing platforms a plus (e.g. Archtics)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of company
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset
  • Must be available to attend all Golden State games and Chase Center events to drive business relationships (includes weekends, holidays, and late nights)
Compensation
  • $80,000 Per Year + Bonus (OTE approx. $120,000)
