  • Partner with Strategy & Operations to support the team's knowledge platforms and internal tools (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics), including content, updates, and alignment with planning processes such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Support implementation and streamlining of processes supporting consultations, reporting, and strategic workstreams, ensuring clear coordination and follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Strategy & Operations and Legal to support the team's inputs to regulatory reporting, coordinating across stakeholders and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
  • Support oversight of external vendors and consultants, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and spend discipline.
  • Prepare and contribute to clear, executive-ready updates on progress and risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working to help increase efficiency, consistency, and overall team impact.
