-Ensure alignment across pack, positioning, pricing, and promotion for each launch, escalating gaps early
-Ensure product positioning and messaging comes to life as strategically intended, tailored to specific customer segments and channels
-Own platform toolkits for key calendar touchpoints: positioning, messages, claims, photography guidelines-ensuring they are current, accurate, and actionable for cross-functional teams
-Manage availability and accuracy of evergreen brand assets; run quarterly photoshoot logistics including shot lists, briefs, and post-production tracking

Performance & Analytics:
-Partner with team members who build recurring performance reports to elevate the analytical output-coaching on how to move from "what happened" to "so what" and "now what"
-Ensure the team is prioritizing the right data cuts and performance indicators, connecting reporting cadences to the questions that matter most for the business
-Synthesize performance data into strategic narratives that inform portfolio decisions and shape future innovation and activation priorities
-Prepare materials for regular business reviews with senior leadership, translating data into clear recommendations
-Coach and develop junior team members on analytical rigor, prioritization, and translating data into insight

Cross-Functional Coordination:
-Serve as the connective tissue for the Indulgent platforms, coordinating across Product Development, R&D, Creative, Shopper Marketing, and Commercial to keep execution on track
-Build strong working relationships across the organization to facilitate execution and information flow

Sales Enablement:
-Gather consumer and product insights to help the Commercialization team develop tools and resources-including sales decks, training materials, competitive intelligence, and product education-that ensure field teams are equipped to effectively sell and position products

Consumer & Market Intelligence:
-Monitor competitive landscape, consumer trends, and category dynamics, synthesizing findings into actionable briefs that inform platform strategy
-Partner with Consumer Insights to deepen consumer understanding-demographics, segments, motivations, drivers, and barriers-building an audience-first foundation for growth
-Stay close to what turns consumers who try us into fans, and ideate ways to accelerate that connection-whether through product innovation or marketing activation
