We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead all aspects of site operations, including Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics, Employee Engagement, and financial performance.
This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence through strong KPI management, continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing initiatives, and cost optimization. The Plant Manager will play a critical role in fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement while developing future leaders and supporting long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and people-focused leader who can balance day-to-day operational execution with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, employee development, and business performance.
What You'll Do- Support and contribute to a safety first culture with an unwavering commitment to zero harm
- Lead plant performance through KPIs focused on Safety, Quality, Production, Service, Cost, and People.
- Manage plant operations, budgets, expenses, and financial performance to meet operational and profitability goals.
- Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support S&OP processes, including capacity planning, inventory optimization, and new product introductions.
- Build and lead a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other sites to support business objectives and customer expectations.
- Develop, coach, and mentor leaders and employees to strengthen organizational capability and succession planning.
- Support customer satisfaction through operational excellence in quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service.
- Promote open communication, employee engagement, and leadership development across the site.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- More than 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Prior experience leading within a manufacturing, packaging, converting, or related preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing plant financials, operational KPIs, and CI initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop leaders, build organizational capability, and support succession initiatives.
- Proven knowledge in leading a S&OP process and experience developing High Performing Teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Solid business and financial acumen managing budgets, costs, and operational performance.
- Ability to drive accountability, employee engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
