What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will lead a highly complex semiconductor gases and chemicals production facility, providing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to a multi-level organization of managers, supervisors, and operations personnel while fostering a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • You will direct facility resources, operating budgets, and capital investments to ensure reliable, efficient production that meets demanding customer specifications and business objectives, while developing talent, building organizational capability, and maintaining workforce engagement.
  • Champion world-class safety, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, quality, and operational reliability programs, ensuring adherence to company standards, government regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Drive operational performance through proactive management of safety, quality, production, staffing, capital projects, and operating expenses, identifying risks, resolving challenges, and implementing corrective actions to achieve business targets.
  • Lead Operational Excellence initiatives focused on process optimization, equipment reliability, workforce development, inventory management, Lean/5S implementation, hazardous waste management, and sustainable cost reduction.You will manage and escalate equipment and product quality issues, maintaining adequate inventory of production supplies and support 5S and Lean Projects and hazardous waste activities, continuously identifying ways to reduce plant operating costs through Operational Excellence strategies
