Summary: The Manager, Philanthropy Stewardship is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive, system-wide donor stewardship program in support of Philanthropy's fundraising strategies.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) - Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in donor relations and/or stewardship, preferably within healthcare, philanthropy, or complex, system-based organizations.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong expertise in donor stewardship, recognition, and donor relations best practices.

Additional Information The pay range for this position is $83,324.80 to $112,736.00 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
