Summary:The Manager of Philanthropy Communications is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving a centralized communications strategy that advances system-wide philanthropic priorities and supports consistent, donor-centered messaging. The Manager establishes communications standards, templates, and cadences; oversees philanthropy website strategy and performance; and leads data-informed evaluation of communications impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals, brand standards, and best practices.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) - Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in communications, preferably within healthcare, philanthropy, or complex, system-based organizations.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Demonstrated experience developing centralized communications strategies and managing digital platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics and data to inform decisions. Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
Additional Information The pay range for this position is $71,448.00 to $96,636.80 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
