Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Supports facilitation and innovation workshops and working sessions
- Conducts structured analysis of partner feedback, market data, and product performance
- Develops business cases, pilot frameworks, and commercialization materials
- Translates qualitative insights into product requirements and roadmap inputs
- Tracks pilot performance metrics and documents learnings
- Prepares executive-ready summaries and strategic recommendations
- Coordinates cross-functional inputs to advance new product initiatives
- Ensures documentation supports scalability and broader portfolio integration
Required Experience
3+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, strategy, product development, or healthcare analytics
Experience supporting innovation or commercialization initiatives preferred
Education
Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
