Job Description

The Manager, Performance Strategy & Enablement role translates Americas Operations priorities into actionable plans, scalable enablement solutions, and sustained execution across the organization. This role partners with Operations leaders, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of key initiatives, improve operational performance, and equip teams with the tools, processes, and resources needed to deliver results. The role identifies performance opportunities and operational barriers, developing practical solutions and change strategies that simplify execution and sustain results. This individual also strengthens feedback loops across the field, using insights to continuously improve programs, processes, and ways of working.

Your day to day

Drive Performance Enablement:
  • Partner with Operations leaders to translate strategic priorities and performance opportunities into clear, actionable execution plans
  • Develop and deploy scalable tools, playbooks, processes, and resources that simplify execution and improve operational performance
  • Identify operational barriers and process gaps, developing practical solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness
  • Translate performance insights and business requirements into actionable guidance and recommendations for leaders and field teams

Lead Change Management & Adoption:
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new programs, processes, tools, capabilities, and ways of working across Americas Operations
  • Develop structured change and implementation plans that establish clear ownership, milestones, communications, and reinforcement activities
  • Build stakeholder engagement and alignment with Operations leaders, field teams, and cross-functional partners to create momentum for change
  • Develop communications, toolkits, training materials, and leader-ready resources that build awareness, accelerate adoption, and sustain new ways of working

Drive Continuous Improvement & the Operations Feedback Loop:
  • Establish effective feedback channels to capture insights and perspectives from leaders, field teams, hotels, and owners
  • Gather and synthesize feedback and performance insights to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement improvements to processes, tools, programs, and resources
  • Embed learnings from field feedback and implementation into future initiatives to continuously improve operational effectiveness

What we need from you
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or relevant work-experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in operations, enablement, change management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, tools, processes, and enablement solutions that drive execution and adoption
  • Demonstrated experience implementing operational initiatives, process improvements, new capabilities, or organizational change across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven ability to identify operational challenges, synthesize stakeholder and field insights, and develop practical solutions that improve performance and effectiveness
  • Experience developing executive-ready communications, presentations, playbooks; proficiency leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and translate them into clear, actionable guidance and materials
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify barriers, and develop practical, scalable solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, drive alignment, and create momentum across field teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, independently drive execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Owns:
  • Development and deployment of enablement tools, playbooks, processes, and resources supporting Americas Operations priorities
  • Change and implementation plans for assigned operational initiatives
  • Field and stakeholder feedback mechanisms supporting continuous improvement
  • Development of leader-ready communications and materials supporting initiative adoption and execution

Travel - Approx. 10-15%

Location - Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $95,000.00 to $106,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
