The Opportunity:

The People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP) partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and change management.

This role has end-to-end accountability for all People & Culture activities and plays a critical role in shaping a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with business priorities and local needs.

What Your Impact Will Be:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring.
  • Lead talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility.
  • Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or site leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent development, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
  • Strong business acumen with a people-centered mindset.
  • Credible leadership presence and sound judgment.
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.
  • Change leadership and stakeholder management.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

*The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
