Organization:
SCP-Sutter Center for Psychiatry

Position Overview:

Provides daily operations management to assigned areas of the service line. Responsible for management of daily operations; work contents and processes; HR policies and procedures; and IT systems. Oversees all daily processes to ensure efficiency and directs staff (either directly or through supervisors). Works closely with the medical group partners and management in assessing value of program development, integration and optimization of patient care within and beyond the service line. Acts as mentor and coach to enable problem solving and develops smooth functioning teams with a focus on the triple aim: affordability, quality, and satisfaction.

Pay Range is $106,745.60 to $160,118.40 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
