Opportunity:

Allied Sports is hiring a Manager of Partnership Development to join our fast-growing team and support revenue driven opportunities for Allied Sports' property clients.

The Manager of Partnership Development will be a key revenue-generating member of the Allied Sports Partnership Sales team, responsible for sourcing and progressing large-scale, integrated marketing partnerships. The Manager, Partnership Development will report to SVP, Partnership Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the Allied Sports Partnership Development Team to identify & pursue qualified prospects
  • Responsible for developing and creatively calling on a prospect pipeline through existing brand and agency relationships, network referrals, and cold calls, for potential partnership opportunities with regional, national, and international brands
  • Execute a consistent, high-volume sales strategy specific to property client needs
  • Conduct initial brand calls with prospective brands to discover objectives and further qualify brand
  • Facilitate internal collaboration for proposal development across consumer insights, category trends, and data-driven storytelling into sales approach and materials
  • Collaborate with the internal Strategy & Solutions division to liaise in the development ofcustomized sales materials that align with prospective partner's brand/business objectives
  • Establish and build relationships with client stakeholders in addition to key brand prospects
  • Prepare materials and updates for client calls, property meetings, and internal Partnership Development discussions
  • Create and deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for VP and SVP of Partnership Development

Considerations:

  • Base salary: $80-90K annually + Bonus Potential
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)

Base salary represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
