About the roleAnyone can send a brief. We're looking for someone who can build a point of view. As Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll help define how Lume and Mando show up through creators-who we partner with, how we collaborate, and how we turn authentic creator love into meaningful brand impact. This role is for someone who understands internet culture, values strong relationships, and knows how to balance creative instincts with performance-driven thinking.
What you will accomplish- Help lead the development and execution of Lume and Mando's influencer strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance
- Own the end-to-end execution of all sponsored creator partnerships, including casting, briefing, content review and approvals, day-to-day comms, and post-campaign performance recaps
- Develop, manage, and scale Lume + Mando's gifting programs to nurture long-term creator relationships and sustained brand affinity, including but not limited to creative ideation, creator selection, and mailer execution
- Lead and support influencer contract negotiations, including deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and pricing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Performance Marketing, Events, and Brand teams to ensure alignment across channels and identify creator opportunities that feel organic and on-brand
- Support and amplify key brand moments (ie. launches, events, and major campaign) through thoughtful, high-impact creator partnerships
- Analyze campaign and creator performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future strategy, creator selection, and content optimization
This should describe you- Bachelor's degree required;
- Experience in influencer marketing with experience in managing high-impact influencer collaborations
- Experienced in working with an influencer agency
- Deeply consumer-centric and trend driven - you know how to uncover new upcoming trends and creators and translate it into branded content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional partners.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $120,400-$150,500, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
