Responsibilities**The ideal candidate should hold an active LPCC license for the state of MN**
Provide clinical leadership and supervisory responsibility for assigned services based on Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s standards of care, including integration of the multidisciplinary team, individual and group clinical supervision, monitoring of quality trends and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage daily operations to ensure continuity of services, processes, and adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Participate in planning processes for designated clinical services
- Maintain a qualified and competent staff to provide the clinical services and programs identified in the plan for professional services
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the outcomes of care and the processes of service delivery
- Participate in customer education through lectures, individual information sessions and groups
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in clinical field of practice
- Applicable state license
- Three or more years providing clinical supervision
- Three or more years of management experience and/or training
- Training in clinical supervision as required by applicable state regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensure
- 7 years in field of substance abuse treatment with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- 1-2 years of experience in implementation or coordination of medication assisted treatment
