Your role As part of our Global Corporate Communications team, Organic Social Media Strategy plays an integral role in how we go to market, manage reputation, evolve our brand, and extend the voice of our global messaging. The Global Corporate Communications team are responsible for PR, Media, Crisis Communications, Communications Policy, Executive Profile Management, and much more.
Directly reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications, the ideal candidate will have a global role to fulfil with an extensive understanding and experience of social media management and strategy for corporate channels to support the growth of our global channels and extend our visibility in the world of AI, data centers, and technological innovation.
With the matrix manager being Snr. Director, Global Corporate Communications, be a supportive hand to high importance projects and treat information sensitively to support both the Snr. Manager and Snr. Director upon request.
What you'll do - Brand guardian and tone of voice owner - serve as the primary brand ambassador for organic social media, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and voice across all global channels and executive profiles (where needed).
- Global social media management - own the day-to-day scheduling, posting, approval, and reporting of social media content across all global campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis using tools such as Oktopost.
- Content strategy and deployment - develop, manage, and continuously optimize the global social media content strategy, including content calendars and channel-specific execution plans. Own the establishing of new channels like Instagram, SubStack, and Medium.
- Social listening and analytics - monitor and report on social listening activity, delivering actionable insights and performance summaries to inform strategy and campaign decisions.
- Employee Advocacy program ownership - lead and maintain the organization's Employee Advocacy program, driving internal engagement and amplifying brand reach through employee networks.
- Campaign ideation and execution - collaborate with the Snr. Manager to oversee the planning and execution of integrated social media campaigns, aligned with broader acquisition funnel and marketing initiatives.
- Trends, insights, and organizational knowledge hub - stay current with the latest digital and social media trends, share insights with leadership, and serve as the go-to internal expert and knowledge center for all things social media - including producing the yearly social media newsletter.

ResponsibilitiesThe individual in this role will oversee the creation and management of marketing editorial calendars, ensuring all content aligns with strategic business objectives and brand guidelines. They will execute localized campaigns, develop compelling case studies, and support the broader marketing operations team. The role requires close collaboration with both global and subregional stakeholders to ensure content is effectively tailored and delivered across multiple channels. Additionally, the marketer will be responsible for monitoring content performance using data-driven analytics, making recommendations for improvement, and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
Qualifications- 4-7 Years of experience in content management or marketing, preferably in a multi-regional or global context- Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, content editing, and managing content calendars- Experience in writing and localizing content for various markets and channels- Strong knowledge of data-driven campaign reporting and analytics- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across global, regional, and subregional teams
