The Opportunity
As a Manager, Oracle Cloud Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of Oracle technology, helping them optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle suite software to implement, configure, and support solutions that drive client success.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored Oracle technology strategies to meet business objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions
- Guiding teams in the development and support of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and scalability
- Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data reporting
- Excelling in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure management
- Implementing Oracle Data Integration solutions
- Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Engaging in strategic technology planning and service excellence

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
