Job SummaryThis Position Manages The Team Responsible For The Filing Of The Insurance Products For Dearborn Group Companies, Assuring Implementation Of New Rules/Laws And For Managing The Production Of Account-Specific Documents; Serving As Co-Chair For The Enterprise Accountability And Compliance Team (Enact). Managing The Team Responsible For Department Of Insurance Complaints, Consumer Grievances And Appeals, Correspondence, And Related Records. Managing The Team Responsible For Dearborn Life Insurance Company Insurance License And Dental Network Of America (Dnoa) Tpa Licensure And Certification Filings. Overseeing The Team Responsible For Complying With Hcsc Privacy Policies And Procedures For The Functions Delegated To Dnoa. Responsible For The Investigation And Documentation Of Privacy Incidents Related To Dearborn Group And Dentemax And Carrying Out Remediation Plans And Related Education On Behalf Of The Divisional Privacy Officers. Responsible For Participating In Management/Officer Teams On Product Development, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, And Corporation Compliance Provides Leadership And Management For The Department Staff.

Required Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 5 years of healthcare, managed care, health insurance, business operations or consulting experience OR 9 years of healthcare, managed care, health insurance, business operations or consulting experience.
- Experience leading and delivering high profile projects and initiatives within a highly matrixed organization
- 4+ years of experience engaging with business leadership in a consultative role
- 1 year of management/leadership experience
- Knowledge of, and experience with healthcare, managed care, or health insurance operations and IT systems
- Experience developing business cases
- Experience with leading cross-functional projects/project teams
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple complex assignments and projects concurrently
- Strong executive presence, ability to influence others and drive results
- Strong executive presentation skills
Preferred Job Qualifications: - Master degree or other advanced degree
- Project management or process certifications
- Experience working with compliance, oversight, audit, government relations and legal areas
- Experience engaging with federal and/or state regulators
- Basic knowledge of the federal and state legislative and regulatory process
- Basic knowledge of the Affordable Care Act
- Familiarity with HCSC systems, processes and operations

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Base Pay Range$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
