Reporting to the Senior Manager, Omnichannel for Tasty & Wholesome, the
Manager, Omnichannel - Eggo leads omnichannel strategy and execution for the Eggo brand within the Accelerator business, driving growth across digital and physical retail channels. This role is responsible for connecting brand priorities to customer-facing omnichannel strategies, stewarding brand-building investments, optimizing the digital shelf, and leveraging performance insights to accelerate online sales, market share, and profitable growth.
The position serves as a key cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Insights & Analytics, Supply Chain, external agencies, and retail media networks to develop and execute integrated omnichannel plans. As the Accelerator business continues to expand and evolve, this role plays a critical part in shaping growth strategies, enhancing omnichannel capabilities, and driving results across one of the company's fastest-growing channels.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing- Omnichannel Strategy & Planning - Develop annual and quarterly omnichannel strategies and retailer plans that connect brand, innovation, shopper, and customer priorities across digital and physical channels
- Performance Analysis & Reporting - Track and analyze monthly and quarterly online and in-store performance reporting that shapes category strategies
- Insights & Optimization - Translate performance data from NielsenIQ, retailer platforms, retail media networks, and internal reporting into clear insights, optimization actions, and leadership-ready narratives
- Capability Building & Best Practices - Build and share test-and-learns, competitive insights, retailer capabilities, and best practices that improve future plans and strengthen omnichannel execution and capabilities across Tasty & Wholesome
We're Looking For Someone With- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA valued
- Strong analytical skills with experience using NielsenIQ or Circana, retailer point-of-sale data, retail media reporting, and market research to identify actionable business opportunities
- Experience with online and in-store account sales and/or category management (CPG)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organizational, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in heavy workload periods, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive for action
CompensationThe annual salary range is $101,120 - $132,720, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
